Burscough Community Farm is the new name for Organic Veg Club, the Community Farm on Meadow Lane in Burscough. We started in January 2014 and are now getting ready for our third growing season.
Our aims are to get people out into the countryside to grow food and enjoy nature. We launched our veg box scheme in 2015 and we are looking to take on more customers in 2016.
We have regular volunteer days on Monday’s and Thursday’s so if you want to come down to have a look around these are the best times for a guided tour.
We have bee hives on site, chickens, ducks and have planted over one thousand trees.
