We are starting our training courses on the farm again.
In 2019 we made a good start at bringing training courses to the farm. Unfortunately, planning permission was needed as training courses are viewed by the local council as being a ‘change of use.’
No point dwelling on the whys or wherefores of this. We now have it, so it’s full steam ahead with getting the farm on track doing what we have always wanted to do; re-connect people with the land through training.
To start with we’ll be running courses on growing food (for home and commercially), keeping chickens, bee keeping, wood crafts and Permaculture.
We hope to start these this autumn and will be putting a list of what’s available together over the next few weeks.
