You’re Invited: Open Day at Burscough Community Farm – Sunday 11th May

We’re throwing open the gates and welcoming everyone to Burscough Community Farm for our Open Day on Sunday 11th May, from 11:00am to 3:00pm – and we’d love for you to join us!

Whether you’ve heard of us before or you’re simply curious about what we do, this is your chance to come along, explore the farm, meet the team, and get a real taste of life at the heart of our community.

What’s Happening on the Day

There’ll be a little something for everyone – whether you’re into growing, making, learning, or simply enjoying a brew and a good chat.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Guided farm tours – Take a look around our working community farm and our community allotment space.

• Arts and crafts demonstrations – See examples of the wonderful work our groups have made.

• Plant sales – Stock up on herb seedlings and plants lovingly grown here at the farm.

• Tea, coffee, and homemade cakes – A relaxed space to sit and enjoy a cuppa.

• Raffle prizes – Win something special in our tombola-style raffle.

It’s a great way to learn more about what we offer and how to get involved – whether you want to grow your own food, try something creative, volunteer, or just spend more time outdoors with others.
