
Crafting for Well-being – A Creative Course to Relax, Restore & Reconnect
Looking for a gentle way to boost your well-being this March? Crafting for Well-being is a four-week creative course designed to help you slow down, explore new skills, and experience the joy of making in a supportive and peaceful setting.
Held at Burscough Community Farm, this course invites you to step away from the everyday rush and take time for yourself. Through hands-on activities, you’ll discover how creativity can reduce stress, lift your mood, and bring a renewed sense of connection – to nature, to others, and to yourself.
What You’ll Experience
Each session introduces a new creative activity, giving you the chance to learn, explore, and unwind:
- Driftwood Crafts & Willow Weaving – Connect with nature and create something beautiful
- Nature Photography – See the world from a fresh perspective and capture moments of beauty
- Clay Crafts – Experience the joy of working with your hands in a relaxed, artistic space
- Gel Printing – Nature provides you with what you need to make beautiful prints
- Creative Writing & Journaling – Express thoughts, spark ideas, and enjoy mindful reflection
