Rooted: Qigong at the Farm. A new four-week course starting 3 November

We’re delighted to welcome our friend Nicky Barlow of Wuji Wellbeing to the farm this November for Rooted, a gentle four-week introduction to Qigong.

Qigong is an ancient practice of slow, flowing movement and steady breathing. Over four weekly sessions, Nicky will guide you through simple stretches and a Five Element flow designed to calm the mind, ease tension and help you move with nature’s rhythm. You’ll practise outdoors among our willow grove, orchard and pond. There’s no better place to slow down and reconnect.

No experience is needed, and all levels are welcome.

When: Every Tuesday from 3 November, 2:00–3:00pm (please arrive by 1:50pm)
Where: Burscough Community Farm, L40 4BB
Cost: £20 for all four weeks

Places are limited, so book early: Book your place on Ticket Tailor

Sessions take place outdoors, so wrap up warm and wear comfortable layers and sturdy footwear.
